  • All sales pertaining to skincare products are final, and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me through email arodri65@gmail.com

    When you retriev
    e your order please inspect it, and if it comes to you defective, damaged, or it is the wrong item please notify me immediately so we can find a resolution! A refund may not be guaranteed.

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders (like during sales or holidays) please allow additional days in transit, and shipments may be delayed by a few days. If you haven’t received your order within that timeframe, please email me at arodri65@gmail.com

    All orders are charged a flat fee of $10, and are currently only shipping within the United States.

    If shipment is lost or missing, Hola Bonita Esthetics is not held responsible, so please contact the selected carrier for assistance and/or submit a claim.

  • Yes! If you would like to pick up your order at the Hola Bonita Studio, please email arodri65@gmail.com so we can set up a time for you to come and grab your products
